About the meal:
Made with roasted butternut squash and apple, charred corn and carrots, spiced black bean, hemp seed pesto, maple cider gastrique and served on a bed of barley. Celebrate the fact that you are enjoying delicious comfort food while also eating lots of healthy vegetables.
This meal is vegan. Please note there is barley (gluten) in this dish.
Ingredients:
Butternut squash, apple, carrots, corn, black beans, hemp seeds, garlic, maple syrup, onion, basil, olive oil, cumin cilantro, chilli powder, vinegar, spinach, sugar, parsley and barley.
*Please note that a produce item may be added at time of production due to farm harvest. This item will be indicated at meal pick-up.*
Meals will be ready for pick-up at Hope House in Guelph on Thursday October 27th between 12:00pm-5:30pm and Friday October 28th between 9:00am-12:00pm.
If these two days do not work for you, respond to your order confirmation email, and we can arrange an alternate pick-up time.
