About the meal:
The vegan Autumn Buddha bowl is a vibrant and wholesome meal made with a variety of nutrient-dense ingredients such as brown rice, beans, fresh and roasted vegetables, plant-based protein tofu, and a flavourful dressing. It’s served in a single bowl, making it visually appealing and easy to eat. The dish often emphasizes balance, both in nutrition and flavour, with a mix of textures, colours, and tastes. This dish can be served warm or cold.
This month's meal was created by the chefs at Bar Mason.
Ingredients: Sweet potato, carrots, radish, red cabbage, brown rice, beans, tofu, edamame, cucumber, brussel sprouts, sunflower seeds, Maple soy dressing, celery, onion, red pepper, coriander, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Pick-up Instructions:
Meals will be ready for pick-up at First Baptist on Thursday, Dec.19, between noon-6pm. There will be no pickup on Friday at Hope House. If this day does not work for you, respond to your order confirmation email, and we can arrange an alternate pick-up time.
